At The Trip Trail, we provide both digital and physical products depending on the nature of your booking or purchase. This policy outlines our process for delivering items such as travel kits, merchandise, or booking confirmations.

1. Digital Deliveries

For all travel bookings and events, we provide:

  • E-confirmation via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking
  • Details include itinerary, inclusions, contact information, and reporting time
  • Final instructions (like packing lists or location pins) are shared 1–2 days before departure

You are responsible for ensuring your email and phone number are accurate during booking.

2. Shipping of Physical Products

If your booking includes physical items (such as merchandise, travel kits, badges, etc.), we deliver via trusted courier services.

Shipping Details:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4–10 business days based on your location (longer in remote areas)
  • Shipping Area: Currently, we ship within India only
  • Shipping Charges: May be applicable depending on product and promotion (shown at checkout or mentioned in the product description)

3. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure. However, we will assist in tracking shipments and keeping you informed.

4. Tracking Information

Once dispatched, tracking details (courier name and tracking number) will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by you:

  • We will contact you for correction
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for second delivery attempt

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of a lost or damaged item during transit:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on case evaluation
